Common questions
- Why would you build it for free? What's the catch?
- There isn't a hidden one. A $2,500 upfront invoice is the single biggest reason contractors put off getting a real website, so we moved that cost into the monthly fee and spread it across a 12-month term. We take the risk on the build; you commit to a year of management. That's the whole trade.
- Do I own my website?
- You own your content — text, photos, logo, your domain, and every lead the site generates. Those leave with you whenever you go. The site itself is what we build and maintain as part of your plan, and you can buy it outright any time you want to take it in-house.
- What happens if I cancel?
- After the 12-month initial term you can cancel with 30 days' notice. You keep your domain, your content, your photos and your leads. If you want the site itself too, we'll quote you to buy it outright.
- How long until my site is live?
- Most sites are ready for you to review about two weeks after our first call. Launch happens as soon as you approve it — usually within a few days of that.
- What if I don't have photos or know what to write?
- Most contractors don't, and that's fine. We write the site for you and can work from job photos off your phone. Good photos of your own work help, but nothing is on hold waiting for them.
- Do you work with contractors outside Utah?
- Our focus is Utah and the Wasatch Front, because local SEO works best when we know the market we're ranking you in. If you're outside the area, call us anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
