Calls and quote requests hit your phone and inbox directly. We never sit in the middle, never charge per lead, and never sell the same job to three of your competitors.
Common questions
- Why would you build it for free? What's the catch?
- No catch! A $5,000 invoice up front is the single biggest reason contractors put off getting a real website, so we took it off the table and make our money managing the site instead. We don't come out ahead in year one — we come out ahead if you stay, and you only stay if the site is bringing you calls. That's the whole trade.
- Do I own my website?
- You own your content — text, photos, logo, your domain, and every lead the site generates. Those leave with you whenever you go. The site itself is what we build and maintain as part of your plan, and if you ever want to own it outright, we'll quote you on it.
- What happens if I cancel?
- After the 12-month initial term you can cancel with 30 days' notice. You keep your domain, your content, your photos and your leads. If you want the site itself too, we'll quote you to buy it outright.
- How long until my site is live?
- Most sites are ready for you to review about two weeks after our first call. Launch happens as soon as you approve it — usually within a few days of that.
- What if I don't have photos or know what to write?
- Most contractors don't, and that's fine. We write the site for you and can work from job photos off your phone. Good photos of your own work help, but nothing is on hold waiting for them.
- Do you work with contractors outside Utah?
- Our focus is Utah and the Wasatch Front, because local SEO works best when we know the market we're ranking you in. If you're outside the area, call us anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
